BICC user access restriction

We are currently fetching data from BICC and wants to control what data can be fetched using BICC jobs.

Our BICC user has been assigned privileges as given in the below given official documentation.

Could you please let us know if there is any way we can provide only PVO level access to user where user can access data belonging to some specific PVOs?
