Change order condition is not working for Purchase order

Summary:

Our requirement in change order for PO is when a person chnages requested/expected delivary date upto 60 days should ask for approval along with price change condition if any changes being made.

We have tested individually requested delivary date approval is working but once we associated it with other change order rule or parallely activate the other condition EDD/PDD is not working.
