Validation DFF on Supplier Registration Page

Summary:

- We have created one field on supplier registration page for POZ_Supplier "License No".

- Same field is enabled on existing supplier

- For existing supplier we are entering free text value in License number field.

- we need validation on same field while registering the supplier, if a user is entering same license number then pop message/warning message should appear that license number already exist.
