Calculate Customs on International Parcel Shipments using SO Selling Price instead of Item Unit Cost

Summary:

When Manifesting an international shipment via FedEx, we get the following error:

Exception in web service call to FedEx for OBLPN XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX: Unit value required for item: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Customs value appears to be calculated using the item's unit cost, rather than the sales price listed on the sales order.This item has a 0 unit price in item master, however the international sales order has the appropriate selling price listed on the order details.
