Recurring Process Not Sending Notification

I created a recurring process to execute a query and send a notification with the gids returned by the query. This works in our TEST instance of OTM Cloud but does NOT work in our PROD instance. All properties are the same. Users are the same. ACLs are the same, etc.

The expected outcome is an email and the current outcome is an error.

All thoughts are welcomed!
