Is there a way to setup IP restriction based on ERP SaaS Role or Category or Username?

For example, I want to restrict all Service Accounts (local users in ERP) to connect only from a pre-specified IP range (within Org) to ensure no one outside Organization can attempt to fire the REST APIs available to those users.

Another use case is that I may want add an IP restriction only for users in SUPPLIER_USER category (iSupplier Users automatically get added to it), while for others (employees/contingent workers) should be able to connect from anywhere.
