Need to combine Rfx outcomes both SPO and CPO combined into one purchase order style.

Summary:

Currently we have Rfx outcome like SPO/CPO- But in Rfx creation stage user doesn’t know whether that rfx outcome related to SPO/CPO. So, business needs to combine both outcome under one style like purchase order

At the complete award stage user will create based on the requirement whether Rfx related to standard purchase order or contract purchase order (They need to choose the outcome at the time of complete award)
