Display DFF on Manage Project Cost Page

Summary:

We can configure DFF on Project Cost Collection Flexfield with a context PJC:ALL. However when navigating to the Manage Project Page, these attributes are not available in the columns to display. We need either to open the expenditure one by one or we need to build a report.

Given that the DFF is at expenditure level which is the same that this page is displaying, it makes sense to display the attribute details as well (at least for contect PJC:All). This will help in searching for expenditures, processing, or exporting.
