To have the tender notification in German language completely, what needs to be done?

We have a requirement to have tender notification in German language completely for the German Plant. How to achieve this through Stylesheet modification or so? We are now getting the tender notification in German but partially some labels/headers/business objects (like Shipment ID, Order releases & Dt) are still in English text. How to achieve this in OTM Cloud?
