Login email and password got changed

in Identity and Access Management

On 12/31 my email and password got changed out of nowhere. How can I recover the account?

I still have the Ubuntu instance up and running, and as far as I remember I also have the 2FA that I set up with google auth. The only problem is that I cannot recover my account because the forgot password uses the changed email that I have no idea now what it is.

Any help? please?
