On hand valuation infolet in inventory management dashboard is not showing data

Summary:

On hand value infolet in inventory management dahsboard,

1.sometimes show "no data available" although on hand inventory with cost is available.

2.And sometime it shows data and whenever we do inventory issuance / receiving , on hand value do not change. when it change i mean after which accounting event it changed ?
