Summary: In our instance, we trigger an invoice off of the delivered event at the last stop. We have trained our carrier base to review the house icon as a shipment "delivered" and in so the invoice would be generated. What we have encountered is that the house icon for multi stop shipments could show stop 2 delivered, but stop 3 not delivered yet. This can be hard for carriers as well as Ryerson to manage what has been invoiced and what hasn't been. What is best process for visibilty in OTM for users to manage delivered at last stop?
