Need selection parameter criteria to select assets based on location or asset category to Mass impairment assets in bulk

Client is expecting the same functionality as mass adjustments, mass transfers, and mass retirement screens which have mass selection parameters criteria (By location or by category, etc..) in the application, in the same way, client is expecting selection parameters for impairment as well.
