Need to know on ARCS, can we connect use file other then CSV whist we're using Custom Integration?

When we do custom Integration, we use file which is in CSV format by running the report as ESS job. Is there a way where we can integrate the file as per the output which is mention in the report other then CSV.

Currently, we are receiving the output in HTML format from ERP team, and that has been converted to "CSV" file as per the expectation of ARCS build. Would like to understand if there's any way whether we can use HTML or PDF or any Text format for doing custom based integration apart from CSV format.


Seeking Oracle's assistance to provide any details / confirmation and relevant document's to proceed further on this.
