Any reports or Dashboards available for Fusion Applications Performance monitoring?

How to Monitor Fusion applications performance? We are using FAs in more than 30 countries and there are many processes/ integrations/ reports scheduled to run daily. Certain times, some of the reports fail due to time limit exceeding error, other times users feel slowness in application.
