Payroll-Personal Payment Details Real Time - no data being returned

Summary:

Trying to build a report showing employee bank account details from SA 'Payroll-Personal Payment Details Real Time' - I have the required roles (Payroll Mgr etc) and can see this data in the UI, but nothing is returned in OTBI. Target Bank account is where the employee bank details are held correct? Something is amiss - if I return Employee Name, Employee Number from Worker folder it returns data, but as soon as I try to add a column from another folder i.e. Business Unit Name or Department I get no rows returned...is there a process I need to run?
