Attachments not showing up at ECO affected Object level.

Hello Experts,

We have a business requirement to add attachments to the affected objects present under the Change Order. We are trying to use the below SOAP operations. The attachments are getting added successfully but it is not showing up in the frontend screen. And business wants to see the attachments in the UI before approving the change order.

Could you please help in debugging this issue why the attachments are not showing up in the UI even though it is getting added through API

We have followed the below steps-

Step-1 : Create the blank Change Order without any items.
