How to send a request to internal responder to re-submit their responses to questionnaire

I created an initiative and selected qualification area for internal survey. The internal responder (BU) already submitted their responses to the questionnaires. When I checked it, I noticed that there are documents that they weren't able to attach. Is it possible to request them to resubmit their responses? How will I do it in the system?
