Typical Symptoms: you selected columns and didn't see any results, or once you added certain column/s, then you didn't see any results.

Content:

Make sure you have...
-a job role (for example, custom_job) 
-a data role (for example, custom_data) 
-the ORA_FBI_% role 
-the FBI_% role 
-regenerate the data role after making any changes like above (step through all the train stops in Manage Data Role and Security Profile and then submit)
