System should enter Hours Volunteered automatically.

Summary:

Me -> Volunteering -> My Projects -> In Completed section, go under any completed project

Here the issue is that volunteers who participated in project, after completed that project, system is marking project as completed automatically but system is not entering all volunteers "Hours Volunteered" automatically. I have attached a document. Currently volunteers are entering their hours manually. System should automatically enter hours or there should be any other workaround.
