Could you explain the assigment about the stock on hand on the finished product please in planning?

I would like to know the assigment of the PF stock. I don't understand why the stock is link to the sales order 23000341 - Requested ship date : 14/11/2023. that's not the oldest requested ship date created for the article F10000750.

why the stock on hand is assigned to the requested date 14/11/23. I thought the assigment was on the oldest date in all the sales order but the system doesn't say that.
