How Can we remove Consigned Inventory Privelage from Inventory Offering

We have a project requirement where in we need to remove the consigned inventory from the inventory offering as Consigned inventory is not a part of our scope. Can we actually remove it. I tried removing the privelages controlling consigned inventory Privelage named: Review Completed Inventory Transaction but it didn't work. Need to remove the section highlighted in red box
