Item specific UOM conversion is not showing in tables

Summary:

Item specific UOM intraclass conversion rate is defined in planning however when we switch to secondary UOM for the item nothing shows up

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Through FBDI we loaded UOM conversion rate which is item specific. From Units to EA 12. EA is primary.

This shows up in plan inputs so the load was successful however when we enabled multiple UOM for a measure and in table we switched from primary UOM to units we expected the value to change as per the conversion rate that was loaded however the values vanished. Please let me know if we missed some step.
