Cost accounting transactions doesn't appear for expense item after item is received to inventory.

Summary:

Cost accounting transactions doesn't appear for expense item after item is received to inventory. 

Costing happens till Receiving. Item attribute values , asset value = 'No' and costed flag = 'No'

Item is transferred to inventory. we are able to see the transaction in Inventory. Costed status " Pending Interface".

We tried ot transfer to Costing , The status doesn't change.
