Place a new account in multiple hierarchies at once.

We have multiple Viewpoints (A Viewpoint per Hierarchy) for Account Dimension. Whenever there is a request to add an account, we have to add that account multiple times in multiple Viewpoints. Is there a way to add it once and it can flow through the multiple Viewpoints of our choice.

Note: A new Account can have different parent for each Viewpoints.
