DLR Members Selected if no Source Filter Given

I have a DLR which is pulling data from an FCCS application to a TRCS application. The DLR has no Source Filter specified for the dimension Data Source.

The structure of the relevant portion Data Source dimension is: Data Source --> FCCS_Total Data Source --> FCCS_TotalInputAndAdjusted --> ManagedAndJournal --> FCCS_Managed Data

The DLR is pulling records for Data Source members FCCS_Managed Data and FCCS_Total Data Source. It is not pulling records with any of the other Data Source members in the hierarchy.
