Attempting to link IdP account shows a blank window

Incorrect Answer


I am trying to link an IdP account to my Oracle Cloud account. I created the IdP configuration under Identity, Domains, Default Domain, Security, Identity providers, Add IdP, Add Social IdP, entered the client ID and secret, entered the discovery service url ( and selected 'Activate'. Under my profile, I selected 'Social account linking' and then 'Link a social account'. I select the menu for my IdP and select 'Link'. The following window appears:

I have attempted to perform the linking in the latest version of Firefox and the latest version of Safari and had the same result.
