We are seeing errors in the Download Property Report

When reviewing the generated Properties report (Properties / Download All Properties) , we are seeing data on the report that does not reflect the status of the Property in the Application - Specifically for the fields 'Allowed Values' and 'Invalid Values'

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

On the generated Properties report, we may see that for a Property that is used my a number of Universal Applications, the 'Allowed Values' and 'Invalid Values' fields are not reflecting the values for the Property in the system. Specifically, these properties may show 'TRUE' for one application, and 'FALSE' for another application, yet review of the Property within EDMCS shows that no Invalid Values exist for either Application. File attached illustrates the 'Invalid Value' issue.
