Po header level DFF field should be automated as per requisitioning BU selected in requisition

Created DFF field in Po header level with Lov value set , not able to auto populate value for this field in PO screen based on requisitioning bu selected in requisition

This is requirement.

for that setup and maintenance-->Manage purchasing descriptive flex fields-->purchase order headers->create DFF field 'Company code' . this  should be showing now in purchase order header DFF screen.

requirement is this should auto populate the company segment from PO charge account in requisition based on requisitioning bu selected in requisition leve
