Can a User run a pipeline

Is there any way that a "User" can run a pipeline, removing the dependency on the Service Administrator?

We have built a pipeline to clear data, run the data load & associated rules and then consolidate & translate the data. Other than the Clear Data task, all other individual tasks are available to the user, the pipeline is just running them all in one go with a single set of variables being needed. The clear data stage runs a pre-defined task and does not let the user change the POV. Is there any way we can give the Users the access to run the pipeline when they need to rather than having to go
