two business objects in one sheet

We have a requirement to pass oracle ids to another api for a transaction creation. Can we achieve this via single sheet in excel plugin

We need to create maintenance claims using rest api, to create claims we need supplier id in payload, name doesn't work here.

so, in our post call we enter a record in the sheet and upload changes, now user won't know the oracle IDs they would know the supplier number/name, instead of fetching supplier Id in a separate sheet, by any mechanism can we supplier configure api in main(claim creation) sheet in such a way that it gives ID in that cell as soon as supplier number is entered.
