How to export Data Load Workbench details, Process Details and Logs in FCCS Data Management?

Summary:

To understand the process to export Data Load Workbench details, Process Details and Logs in Data Management from one FCCS instance and import it into another FCCS instance.

.Use Case:

Presently, the following details under Data Management do not get cloned if we migrate a prod backup into a test instance for FCCS for all the locations :

·        Data Load Workbench details

·        Process details

·        Log files

Business Need: 

Business is keen to understand if we can export the above-mentioned data from prod instance and import it into text instance.

Concern/ Issue:

Currently, this is causing a hindrance in support activities as the system admins are not able to view the data related to the Data Load Workbench data, Process details and Logs.
