SmartView Refreshable Report giving #value and Incorrect free form - column dimension on Row.. error

Summary:

We have a SmartView refreshable report, some users are able to refresh the values properly in their system.

But few users are not able to refresh the values and facing an error which states- "Incorrect free form- Column dimension on Row 116 does not have member on Column 6. Add member to this column" and sometimes it only gives #VALUES while refreshing the report.

We have checked Hstar, Oracle SmartView for office Addins in their system as well and all are correct as per smartview setup.

Does anyone have faced this kind of issue, where few users are able to refresh the report but few are facing this #VALUES?
