Lowest Unit of Measure BPA Default

Summary:

Is there a way for the BPA selection to be driven by the Lowest Unit of Measure/Stocking UOM defined for a Subinventory?

Currently, the Stocking UOM only drives the UOM defaulted during received but it does not drive BPA selection. It also seems that ASLs are out of the question because you cannot create an ASL for the Subinventory level, this is either Global or by Ship-to Organization
