Why do suppliers get an authentication failed message in the supplier portal when logging in?
Summary: We went live with the supplier portal 2 months ago and used a pilot group of 10 suppliers to use the portal and provide feedback. Every single one of them complains about receiving an error message every once in a while at the login page that says "Authentication failed." They are able to login to the portal for several consecutive days and then all of a sudden they get this error message. They then select forgot password to reset their password and be able to login. Password reset configuration is set for 90 days so this is not the
