Oracle cloud lost services when we run the OIC jobs.

Is there any other oracle cloud users faced the same issue like us?

Our OIC lost services couple times in production instance that oracle support team was not able to resolve them quickly. Evently we had to reboot the saas/pass to resolve the issue and it usually takes us another 2 hours. Our batch jobs get heavily delayed for about 7 to 10 hours.

Very appreciate it if any one who faced the same issue can share your experience and the solution you have taken.
