Requisition Approvals need to bypass CEO

Summary:

We have Job Level Approvals with the Top approver being the CEO. The request has been made to route all CEO level approvals to the CFO.

The CFO only has the Finance Hierarchy reporting to this position. We have entered a Delegation rule delegating CEO approvals to the CFO but the request is to just route all approvals before the CEO as normal but the items that require the CEO, replace the approval route to the CFO.

Any BPM rules that we can write to skip CEO and pass to CFO?
