Can we send out WhatsApp message instead of Email from OTM Instance.

Dear Team ,

We have specific requirement to sent out link for IoT FM application to the Driver mobile.

We are aware of the Email notification that can be used to send the above link to Driver's Mobile but is there a way out to send an WhatsApp message from OTM instead of Email .

The above requirement arise since at times the Driver may be logged out of email account , but they still have the Whatsapp access.

Let me know if this can be done .
