Automatically Accept Responses - Qualification Areas

Hello, I am having issues with Qualifications - Is it possible to have qualifications not be evaluated? I do not want to have to go in and evaluate each qualification area when we receive a questionnaire from a supplier. I went into each qualification area and turned on automatically accept responses. But when a questionnaire comes in I have to go into each qualification area and evaluate manually. Is there anything else I need to be doing so that responses are automatically accepted. or do you always have to go in and manually evaluate? My Supplier is also not able
