Disable ACL on Autonomous Database

Hi, I'm trying to disable ACL on my Autonomous Database, or more specifically, I'm trying to allow access to my APEX Workspace from everywhere, not just from the range of IPs.

According to the doc: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/autonomous-database/serverless/adbsb/access-control-rules-autonomous.html#GUID-B6389402-3F4D-45A2-A4DE-EAF1B31D8E50 it should be done via "Details page, from the More actions drop-down list, select Update network access."

However, I do not have that "Update network access" option under More actions.

What am I doing wrong?
