Can I set a dynamic approval reason?

I have multiple approval reasons and want to show the approver the reason for approval without requiring multiple approvals from the same user.

Is there a way to set the reason dynamically i.e. "reason A & reason C" within one approval - it wouldn't have to be as the reason name as long as it can be shown within the quote and on the email.
