Not able to end non starters on correct day after a pay-run.


We occasional have situations where employees do not take up post after they have been set up and, in some instances after they have been paid.

We do not have the option to end the assignment on the start date, so we’ve had to end it on the day after. It appears the person was employed for one day which is incorrect, and a further issue is retro pay will not correctly be able calculate the correct debt.

Please can you provide details what we should be doing in these scenarios.
