Pulling Historical Record Data
in CX Apps
Hello everyone! We are trying to figure out how to pull a specific set of data from the Reports and Analytics module of Oracle CX Sales. We want two separate analysis: One showing the current open service requests, and then the other showing service requests that were open at this point last year. At this point, those historical records are all resolved, but we're trying to gauge what our volumes are like now, versus last year (or the year before that).
Does anyone know if there's an OOTB table that records this?
