Oracle Infinity IQ Release Notes for January 25, 2024 (Unity Behavioral Intelligence)

The following enhancement has been made to Infinity IQ (also known as Unity Behavioral Intelligence).

Inventory import information in Responsys Recommendations panel

You now have visibility to inventory import information (uploaded in Infinity IQ), in the Responsys Recommendations Strategy panel without needing to log in to Infinity to check the same. When you open the Recommendations widget to configure the recommendation strategies you want to add to an email campaign, you will see a button next to the Item Catalog (Inventory) drop-down. Clicking this button will display the inventory upload information such as, total number of items uploaded, when the inventory was last uploaded, and if there were any errors while uploading the inventory below the Item Catalog (Inventory) drop-down.
