ORC:Date of Probity, Date of Interview, Date of review fields in Subject Area

Currently there is no any subject area available in ORC to get details directly against Date of Probity, Date of Review, Date of Interview and other phases. can we add these fields in subject areas of ORC module.

Currently there is no any subject area available in ORC to get details directly against Date of Probity, Date of Review, Date of Interview and other phases. can we add these fields in subject areas of ORC module as we have to get these values using last update date with phase ID or name which could prove wrong sometime if application gets updated for different reason.
