GTM Printer Setup through VPN

Hello,

Customer would like to setup Printer configuration for GTM (outbound) through Private Channel and application users traffic goes through regular public network. We are also setting an IPsec VPN between OCI and Customer network for Fusion cloud, I referred the support (2831866.1), but they are using public LB in this setup and the traffic is going through internet between GTM and LB. Customer prefer to use direct communication between GTM and On-prem Printer using VPN. Is this possible?.
