Docusign is not working for multiple users

Summary:

We have entered one user DocuSign credentials at Configure Electronic Signature for Procurement Documents and the same user is able to sign in the contract with signature. however other users are not able to get the signing the contract. I would like to know which username and password has to enter at configure Electronic Signature for Procurement Documents to get sign in for all the users.
