HCM Extract for COBRA Benefits for Terminations not returning correct assignments

Hello, 

Asking for help with HCM extract for COBRA eligible benefits. I am using the BEN_EXT_HIST_ENRT_RSLT_UE to retrieve benefits for the employee that has terminated. 

Employee terminated on Jan 31 and benefits end on same day. Extract is running weekly and on 2/7 picks up the employee termination event but there are no benefits retrieved from the UE query do to this line in the sql...
