24A new feature ENHANCE DUPLICATE SUPPLIER CHECK ON TAXPAYER ID - how to remove validation

Summary: We have a business case with suppliers who are landlords that we need to have multiple suppliers with the same taxpayer ID but not have a parent / child relationship due to constraints that that setup places on suppliers. We've been able to add a space after taxpayer id to allow this but now when we are doing testing for 24A its not working to add. We've tried to use the opt-in feature 'allow taxpayer ID sharing across suppliers' but this only allows sharing ID if they are tagged to parent/child relationship. We need a profile option to disable this check for our purposes.
