O365 adapter to support to work with service accounts outside trusted locations

Description (Required):

OIC office 365 adapter which is a wrapper provided by Oracle for Microsoft graph APIs to send emails, uses specific user(service account ) credentials for authentication and getting the token. Azure tenant is restricted to allow user authentications from specific IP address/locations, since the authentication request is originating from Oracle cloud, the request is being rejected. Oracle support suggested to add OIC IP as trusted location, 

It should support working outside trusted location similar to Graph API
